William Wilson will be speaking at the Chemical Watch conference on Post-Brexit options for chemicals regulation in London on 29 September 2017.

As the UK considers a replacement for the EU REACH chemicals Regulation, he will consider –

the proposed treatment of EU environmental laws in the European Union (Withdrawal) Bill;
whether this model works for REACH, and how it might need to be adapted;
some key issues for Brexit negotiations on REACH;
some key questions of regulatory and legal importance as REACH becomes UK law; and
some practical and commercial considerations for those affected.
